SMS (text message) terms

Program: Hillside REC text messages for real estate services, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment and showing coordination, and follow-up about buying, selling, or investing.

Consent: By checking the opt-in box on a form, you agree to be contacted by Hillside REC via call, email, and text for real estate services. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service, and you can send a form without checking the box.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed. For emails, click the unsubscribe link in the email.

Carriers: Wireless carriers and Hillside REC are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
