About Morgan
I grew up in Butte and Glenn County, I live in Orland, and I sell homes the way I'd want mine sold: honestly and with a plan.
I got into real estate in 2017 because of investing. I'd been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast, wanted to buy rentals and flip houses, and figured a license would give me an edge. It did. It also turned out I loved helping people through the biggest purchase or sale of their lives.
I spent five years at Keller Williams learning the business, then earned my broker's license in 2022 and started Hillside Real Estate Company. Running my own brokerage means no one stands between you and me. I'm the person who answers your call, tours the house, negotiates the offer, and meets you at closing.
I've flipped seven houses in Butte County, so when you ask whether that crack in the foundation is a big deal or what a new roof really costs, I'm not guessing. That experience also helps with land, rentals, and the odd properties other agents shy away from.
I'm a Christian, and my faith shapes how I work: tell the truth, keep your word, and treat people the way you'd want to be treated. If I don't know something, I'll say so and find out.
I live in Orland with my family on a few acres, and I'm always happy to talk about this part of the world, from Chico to Willows.
