Buying a home in Butte or Glenn County
Whether this is your first home or your fifth, you'll know what's happening at every step, and you'll never be pushed toward an offer you aren't ready to make.
How buying with me works
We start with one conversation
I ask what would help you most right now: a sit-down to talk through the process, access to the MLS search, email alerts when something new hits, or an introduction to a lender. We begin there.
You meet a lender early
I send most buyers to a small, local lender I trust and refer often. A good lender tells you your real budget before you fall for a house you can't buy.
We tour homes together
I ask questions as we walk through, so by the third or fourth house you can say exactly what matters to you. That clarity is what makes an offer feel confident instead of rushed.
I negotiate the offer
Seven flips taught me what repairs cost and what deferred maintenance looks like. I use that to price condition into the offer and to push for the right terms.
I run the details to closing
Inspections, negotiations, escrow paperwork, the final walkthrough. I keep you posted at each step, so you aren't left wondering.
I hand you the keys
In person, with a small gift. And if I did right by you, I'll ask for a Google review.
Properties that need a broker who knows the workarounds.
Manufactured homes, rural parcels, homes with permit questions, and properties lenders hesitate over are part of my regular work. If a property is hard to finance, I know the questions to ask and the options to bring to the table before you commit.
