About us

Hillside Real Estate Company was created in 2021 by Morgan Hill.  

Morgan grew up in Butte and Glenn county and knows the area well.  

He attended Chico State to get his Business degree and has a strong

Entrepreneurial spirit.  He met his wife Lena on a mission trip in Mexico

and together they now have two kids.  Real estate is his passion and 

He started working in the industry so he could learn all of its secrets in

order to build a rental portfolio to retire on.  His other passions include

the great outdoors, shairing the gospel, and carpentry.

Morgans most prominent personality characteristics are: extreme honesty,
